Terms and conditions

These conditions determine the procedures of ordering, payment, delivery and returns or reclamations of products offered on our website. Prices of all items are listed in Croatian Kuna (HRK) excluding VAT (we are not in VAT system) You can cancel or change your order unless we have started the production process.
If you pay by bank transfer or internet banking, production will begin immediately after the payment has been made.
Production of ordered items can take up to 14 days.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Delivery is subject to the general terms and conditions of the Croatian Post. More at http: / / www.posta.hr /
Delivery in Croatia takes 2 days, for the EU up to 7 days, and out of the EU up to 14 days.
In case of exceeding the delivery period (limit, deadline) due to (prolonged) production time, we will notify you promptly and you may cancel your order.
Please keep in mind that the shipment can be received by the person to whom it is addressed to, legal representative or authorized person. Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes or poste restante (general delivery).
We do not refund in case the delivery could not be made due to rejection of shipment or if the wrong shipping address was provided.

Any modification, copying or downloading pieces of content on www.hilaris-art.hr in other media is prohibited without written permission. In this case HILARIS ART must be listed as the owner of the material that cannot be modified or reproduced without our permission.

Croatian legislation applies to these terms and conditions. The user of this web shop agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of Croatian courts in the event of a dispute.

We commit to using your personal information only for our own needs, we will not distribute, publish, transfer to third parties or make available in any other way to any other third party without your prior consent.

Complaints

When receiving the goods (merchandise), the buyer is obligated to check for any damage and immediately inform the deliverer and refuse to accept the package that has visible external damage.

In case of damage during delivery, we will make and deliver a new item at no additional cost to you or we will make a refund of the entire amount. Delayed notification of damage will not be accepted.

In case of obvious differences in relation to your order, the item will be produced again. If there are differences in the shades of colors compared to photos on the website, complaints will not be accepted. Due to the handmade nature of the production of each item, minor deviations in dimensions are possible.
